— Because The Family MattersA quaint, cozy space to do meaningful work.
I'm a faith-based therapist offering in-person sessions five days a week in a private practice setting, where you'll find a quaint, cozy, comfortable atmosphere designed to put you at ease. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and faith-based and biblical tools when requested, and I use creative art approaches with children.
In my work with couples, I recognize that every relationship is unique, so I collaborate with both of you to create meaningful goals that help your partnership thrive. Romance, connection, and healthy communication are essential, so together we'll work to help you reconnect, restore, and sometimes rebuild your bond.
Whether you're a young adult facing depression, self-esteem challenges, or confidence-building, I want to help you discover the best version of yourself and learn to love who you are. If you're a teen navigating complicated emotions, I'd be honored to walk through that journey with you. I specialize in marriage and family therapy, as well as grief and loss support.

A private space built for people who can't risk being seen in a waiting room.
I care about my community and meeting the needs of those who would like to seek counseling but, for personal or professional reasons, cannot. I offer a cozy, casual experience that is both professional and therapeutic — built for clients who need extra discretion.
Built for high-profile clients
Media personalities, pastors, politicians, police officers, first responders, and anyone who prefers to be discreet about attending therapy are welcome here.
Five days a week, in person
Sessions are held in a private practice setting rather than a clinical office, so you can come as you are without the institutional feel.
Confidentiality first
What's shared in session stays there. I do not provide court testimony, so this remains a space for healing, not legal proceedings.
Support for individuals, couples, and families.
From marriage counseling to creative art therapy for children, every session is shaped around your goals, your faith (if you'd like), and your story.

Ann Marie created a space where I could finally be honest, without worrying about who might see me walk in. That confidentiality made all the difference in whether I was willing to show up.
