I am a faith-based therapist offering in-person sessions five days a week in a private practice setting, where you’ll find a quaint, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere designed to put you at ease. I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and faith-based and biblical tools when requested, and I use creative art approaches with children. In my work with couples I recognize that every relationship is unique, so I’ll collaborate with both of you to create meaningful goals that help your partnership, thrive. Romance, connection, and healthy communication are essential, so together we’ll work to help you reconnect, restore, and sometimes rebuild your bond. Whether you’re a young adult facing depression, self-esteem challenges, or confidence-building, I want to help you discover the best version of yourself and learn to love who you are. If you’re a teen navigating complicated emotions, I’d be honored to walk through that journey with you. I specialize in marriage and family therapy, as well as grief and loss support.
Counseling Services
CREATIVE ART THERAPY
I offer a wide range of creative art experiences to help children and teens express thoughts and emotions in safe, accessible ways. Using materials like clay and ceramics, canvas painting, decorated rocks, seasonal and seashell art, memory and grief boxes, creative journaling, wood painting, brick work, and more, each project is chosen to match the young person’s interests and therapeutic goals. Art therapy is tailored uniquely to every client—respecting their story, encouraging self-expression, and supporting growth through hands-on, meaningful creation. Whether a child prefers quiet, reflective work or bold, active making, I meet them where they are and help them find their voice through art.
PRIVATE PRACTICE
I am an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) who cares about my community and meeting the needs of those who would like to seek counseling but for personal and professional reasons cannot. I offer a cozy casual experience, both professional and therapeutic to meet the needs of those who cannot normally attend therapy due to being hi-profile clients such as media personalities, Pastors, Politicians, Police Officers and First Responders or anyone who would like to be more discreet to therapy. Confidentiality is very important to my clients needs and I want to be there for those who would not otherwise be able to attend therapy in a private setting. I see children ages 6 on up. I do not have a handicap accessible option.
I DO NOT GO TO COURT.
